My Role
My main roles and responsibility is to manage the development of the Skills Programme throughout Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. The team of 4 coaches has worked in the area for 2 years now, and has built up a successful partnership with local School Sport Partnerships & Charter Standard Clubs, which also falls in line with the development of our own, FA Skills Centres.

About Me
I have been coaching in the football industry for 10 years, mainly at the grassroots level. My work has taken me from mass participation football events across the country, to specific work with professional academies, and also internationally, supporting coach and player development in the Caribbean. I am passionate about football, and the role it plays within the community for the development of young people.
